mamafrankie, yikes! I agree with Dazzal, glad you're here! I had a scare back in 2019 when I was having heart palpitations and ended up in the trauma unit of the ER. Things are under control now, but I have to watch the sodium levels of food as well as other things like caffeine, sugar and alcohol.
