Let's have a thread stating what we're having for dinner! I think this is a good idea toward trying new meals, after all, we can only have meatloaf so many times before it gets old.
So, tonight, I decided to try something new. I was going to have something with noodles and hamburger, but I'm not really all that hungry. So I settled for grilled cheese with an egg cooked over hard in the middle. The cheese of choice was Gouda. Sometimes, I get fancy with the spices, but tonight, I wasn't feeling it.

Tonight, the menu calls for hard boiled eggs (only because it's after 8:00 pm, and I wanted to try making pizza, but the dough has to rest for at least an hour, I'm lacking tomatoes and something that resembles sauce, and I can't make Alfredo sauce because I'm lacking Parmesan cheese. *darn*
So, I'm trying two new sauces. Sriracha and some kind of sweet chili sauce from Thailand.

Tonight, I tried something I've never done before. I made Potato Cakes! This is the first time I've tried shallow frying anything. They turned out pretty good!

Last night, I made berry filled crab rangoon, a cheeseball and a cheese cake! I was going to make Chicken Cordon Bleu, but I'll save that for another night this week.
