When do you think we'll all be forced to finally upgrade to Win 11?

The time to upgrade to Windows 11 is now since I already got this computer that already has Windows 11.

My laptop keeps asking me to upgrade to 11, but I keep saying no. I'm not ready.

October of 2025 is when the security upgrades are supposed to stop and then you start opening yourself up to cyber threats, viruses, identity theft, etc. So probably then would be a good idea. Granted, W7 got updates for nearly a decade after it's end of life, so who knows as I don't think Microsoft has ever forced a system to install an update.
Granted going forward, each Windows update seems less like a version update and more like a daily PC update, so I would assume it is only a matter of time until it happens like an auto update and going from W12 to W13 is just a "restart to upgrade now" click.

Windows 7 stopped getting support in 2020. That's what my old computer had.
My current PC has Windows 11, and I think I've just about gotten used to it.

I upgrade when I absolutely have to. I hate having to learn the newest features as I'm not into tech. This computer is running on Windows 10.
