I need new recipes using zucchini! I didn't think my garden would do well since it had a slow start with flooding, but wow, now I have way too many zucchini! What can I make with them?

You can make a "Hibachi". I know that a hibachi is actually a Japanese flat top stove, but in Cincinnati, a Hibachi is grilled veggies (usually carrots, onion, zucchini, broccoli) with a meat like steak or chicken, although I've omitted the meat. Saute with soy sauce and some rice vinegar for about ten minutes, serve over white rice (or if you prefer, fried) I usually add a dab of wasabi and freshly shaved ginger. But since I don't eat zucchini too often, here's a website that might help: www.loveandlemons.com/zucchini-recipes/

I actually printed out about 30 recipes from foodnetwork.com the other day. All I did was type in zucchini recipes, and one of the links was 59 zucchini recipes. I went through the list and printed off the ones I wanted to make.
