My doctor advised me against drinking cold because of the dangers it comes with which affects one's health. My drinking water is always warm. There are some times when I drink hot water every morning when I wake up.
Do you drink cold or warm water?

I hate the taste of plain water (I usually drink tea instead), but ice cold water is slightly less awful to me.  |

Unless it's summer, I don't like drinking ice cold water. It's not warm nor room temperature either. Feel like Goldilocks in it has to be "just right" lol

Drinking cold water causes your body to flush it rapidly. I don't mind what temp the water is at.. but then again, I was always the first poor kid stuck first in line at the garden hose. I prefer my water slightly cooler than room temp.

I prefer room-temperature water. I will drink it cold if I am overheated due to exercise.

Has to be cold. If I leave it and it goes warm, back in the fridge and get a cold one. Often have 10 bottles of water in the fridge all a third full  |

When I drink water on its own, it's always cold.
If I'm going to have a hot drink, it's usually coffee or hot chocolate!
