Tell us what got you into anime?
I began watching Sailor Moon when it first aired in syndication back in 1995 and that's what got me started in watching anime.

Hm…I think I got into it watching Toonami. I got into the original Voltron series. Originally watched it out of boredom but got hooked. From there got into Sailor Moon and Dragon Ball.

Desktop wallpaper for my Windows 98 computer got me into anime. I was bored with the bland default wallpaper one day at work. Technical Support abyss-ness. Anyway I found an image of who I later found out was Ranma Saotome (as a woman). That led me down a rabbit hole, and I found Fanfictions. I read The Magical Mystery Hibiki Tour, and I met Kiyone Makibi, which led me to Tenchi Universe. My obsession over Princess Ayeka began my first website....and a whole bunch of other stuff... I'm rambling now. |

I watched Sailor Moon when I was little, then Kiki's Delivery Service, and a little later I got into Pokémon. When I was older I got online and read about anime. That's how I started watching it.  |
